Course Content: |

Day 1 – Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) SITHFAB009A
This one day training is mandatory for persons selling, serving or supplying alcohol in NSW. On successful completion, participants receive a Statement of Attainment in “Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol” SITHFAB009A as part of Certificate II in Hospitality Operations as well as the Casino Liquor and Gaming Control Authority (CLGCA) certificate.
Day 2 – Responsible Gambling Services (RGS) SITHGAM006A
It is a requirement in New South Wales that hospitality employees, who are working within gambling outlets including poker machines, TAB betting windows etc, must hold a Responsible Gambling Services (RGS) Certificate. On successful completion, participants receive a Statement of Attainment in “Provide Responsible Gambling Services” SITHGAM006A as part of Certificate II in Hospitality Operations as well as the Casino Liquor and Gaming Control Authority (CLGCA) certificate. |
