Course Content:

Day 1 – Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) SITHFAB009A
This one day training is mandatory for persons selling, serving or supplying alcohol in NSW. On successful completion, participants receive a Statement of Attainment in “SITHFAB009A Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol” as part of Certificate II in Hospitality Operations as well as the Casino Liquor and Gaming Control Authority (CLGCA) certificate.
Day 2 – Provide Responsible Gambling Services (RGS) SITHGAM006A
It is a requirement in New South Wales that hospitality employees, who are working within gambling outlets including poker machines, TAB betting windows etc, must hold a Responsible Gambling Services (RGS) Certificate. On successful completion, participants receive a Statement of Attainment in “SITHGAM006A Provide Responsible Gambling Services” as part of Certificate II in Hospitality Operations as well as the Casino Liquor and Gaming Control Authority (CLGCA) certificate.
Day 3 – SITHFAB012B Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee
This half day training course will give you the necessary skills to prepare and serve espresso coffee in restaurants, bars and cafes using commercial espresso machines. On completion of this course participants will recieve a National Statemant of Attainment in "SITHFAB012B Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee" as part of Certificate II in Hospitality.
