NSW Food Safety Regulations require every hosptiality business in NSW to have a designted Food Safety Supervisor responsible for implementing safe food handling on the premises.
To become a qualified Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) the participant must complete two units of competency form the nationally recognised Certificate II in Hospitality Operation:
Unit 1 – SITXOHS002A Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures
Unit 2 – SITXFSA001A Implement Food Safety Procedures.

On successful completion, participants receive a Statement of Attainment in SITXOHS002A Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures & SITXFSA001A Implement Food Safety Procedures as partial completion of SIT30707 Certificate III in Hospitality. Participants will also receive a NSW Food Authority Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) certificate.
Certificates are issued same day!
