We will deliver services to clients (including job seekers, employers and other relevant service providers) to the best of our ability and with adherence to contracted requirements, and service guidelines. 3. Apply access and equity principles to our operations:
- TCP ensures that all persons seeking enrolment in our courses are treated fairly and equitably. TCP select people based on their skills, aptitude and relevant qualifications including life experience.
- TCP promotes a learning environment that is totally free from discrimination and harassment including unsolicited approaches, comments or physical contact of a sexual nature, victimisation, bullying and racial vilification.
- TCP is committed to supporting full access to the organisation’s range of services and employment opportunities by people from disadvantaged groups. This includes those disadvantaged socially, geographically, educationally, physically and intellectually, racially or by gender.
- Should you require special equipment due to a physical impairment you should discuss this with one of the trainers immediately. Every effort will be made to accommodate your impairment, however, where we are unable to assist you we will endeavour to refer you to an alternative Registered Training Organisation who would be able to provide training to meet your needs.

- Providing ongoing assistance to clients for the duration of our service to them providing information about programmes or services that may assist in their skills enhancement and/or job search
- Ensuring that we have premises and facilities appropriate to deliver services with privacy and dignity
- Ensuring that the information we collect about clients is relevant and necessary and is kept confidential
- Tailoring assistance to clients with consideration of their individual needs
- Demonstrating flexibility in service delivery as clients’ circumstances change
- Accurately recording requirements, including remuneration and contact details.
5. Is communicated clearly and effectively by:
- Ensuring that clients are aware of their rights and obligations
- Providing timely feedback and information to clients about decisions we make that could affect them
- Providing clients with access to relevant records we have about them, on request.
6. Encourages feedback without prejudice by ensuring that:
- We have a complaints process of which clients are made aware
- Staff seek and appropriately respond to clients’ feedback with the aim of continuously improving services
- Staff support clients when resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
