Course Content: |

 Day 1 – SITHFAB009A Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol
This one day training is mandatory for persons selling, serving or supplying alcohol in NSW. On successful completion, participants receive a Statement of Attainment in “SITHFAB009A Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol” as part of SIT20207 Certificate II in Hospitality Operations as well as the Casino Liquor and Gaming Control Authority (CLGCA) certificate.
Day 2 – SITHGAM006A Provide Responsible Gambling Services
It is a requirement in New South Wales that hospitality employees, who are working within gambling outlets including poker machines, TAB betting windows etc, must hold a Responsible Gambling Services Certificate. On successful completion, participants receive a Statement of Attainment in “SITHGAM006A Provide Responsible Gambling Services” as part of SIT20207Certificate II in Hospitality Operations as well as the Casino Liquor and Gaming Control Authority (CLGCA) certificate. |
